Change the date a picture was taken

Change the date a picture was taken:

  1. Open the Pictures library by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Pictures.
  2. Open the folder that has the picture you want to change, and then click the picture.
    To select several pictures, press and hold the Ctrl key, and then click each picture that you want to change.
  3. In the details pane at the bottom of the window, click next to Date taken, click theCalendar button Picture of the Calendar button, and then click the correct date on the calendar.

    If you don't see the details pane at the bottom of the window, click Organize, point to Layout, and then click Details pane.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
