The Tarantella is a folk dance from Italy.

We read about it in "Judy Moody Around the World in 8 1/2 Days."  In the book they learned about Italy and Judy danced the Tarantella.  Here is the song with photos from Italy.

Around the world in 72 days for real!

Nellie Bly went around the world in 72 days and set a record.  Someone raced her and she won in 1890.   She only took a bag the size of a bread bag!  When she got to Yemen, she had to brush her teeth with a stick.

My Cousin is in Alexandria, Egypt

 Marika, my cousin, posted photos from Alexandria.  Caleb and Mary Cleia were wondering if she was near the red sea because they can identify that on the map because of our reading of Around the World in 80 Days.   It doesn't look like she is very near the red sea.
